There is a vibrant collection of various community groups that meet regularly. These groups whether they be the village elders, social women's fellowship, or the school teachers all share in the directional planning for the various activities the Barnabas Project Partners engage in. This core practice of inclusion is essential for the long term self sustainability of any of the various projects. When we are all involved in the planning and execution of projects then we all share in its ownership and well being.
